Is this government aware that crap nursing homes paid by Medicare as "REHABILITATION" facilities may actually be increasing the "health" of sewer rats by feeding their patients meat proteins which cause them DIARRHEA either in their beds or in their disposable briefs.
Where these foods (bacterial gravy!!) are commonly served, especially to the bedridden the tax funded end result (excuse the pun) is more macho rats in city sewers and tired out CNA workers! Arguably the only patients benefiting from such Private Equity cuisine are those suffering Constipation or IBS!
When your elder parents are told the facility will rehabilitate their injuries with high protein meals just tell the owner HE'S FULL OF SHIT.
