NEW DEMOCRATIC ACTIONS needed!  

1) Bill to increase federal funding for JUDICIARY branch whenever Executive branch uses it to replace the Congress. 

Such as by issuing excessive quantities of "Executive Orders" which provoke automatic litigation and deliberate court backlogs!

2) Introduce BILLS to regulate how often the POTUS may "change his mind" on federal policies!  

In order to prevent chaos in the national economy and judicial overwork the President of the United States may only change his mind or reverse his opinions on important national and international topics a set number of times per week, month, quarter or year!    

Since POTUS is admiring and approving of dictatorships & autocrats he should have no qualms about legislating "mind or thought control" from Washington!

Trump legal battles waste of tax money!

 All the money it's costing for the white house to use the courts to enforce & authorize it's policy changes is a flagrant waste of tax money and should be paid by billionaires like Elon Musk not by ordinary American tax payers!

COURTS OR CONGRESS (depends on D or R?)

 Remember when conservatives denounced "activist" courts overreaching their competence?  Well ironically now the newly majority conservative SCOTUS is just fine sending cases back down to lower courts if those are conservative enough rather than let possibly democrat legislators make them laws!  

REPUBLICANS ARE FINE WITH ACTIVIST COURTS SO LONG AS THEY ARE PLAYING ON THE SAME TEAM!

Conservatives help crooked companies get richer!

 There's little crooked conservatives love more than crooked & profitable BIG companies!  

That's why Republicans like Trump (and his justices) want to kill the federal CFPB because it is the enemy of these predatory companies who are friends of theirs. As well as political DONERS to these corrupt politicians and their supreme court "justices" ! 

  If "The insurance company is not your friend" you can bet it's the CLOSE FRIEND of a Republican politician or judge.   The Consumer Finance Protection Board or CFPB is the friend of most ordinary citizens who are compelled to seek its help battle the big billers preying on them for every $$.

Probably the Enemies of the CFPB are deep in the pockets of Judge Clarence Thomas and his GOP gang. 

ABORTION BAN WILL BRING RETURN OF MASSIVE MENTAL WARDS!

 One unintended consequence of the republican SCOTUS abortion ban will be the accidental birth or forced birth of hundreds of babies with severe birth defects who's care will require around the clock nursing and more likely, institionalization.

Particularly in poor states like Louisiana with the most extreme bans a return to massive "warehousing" of orphans, severely retarded,  deformed and delinquent children in state facilities such as New York's notorious Willowbrook(1970s) will have to return as the only alternative to termination of unwise pregnancies before they become wards of the state! 

 In some such cases a mother may choose jail over bringing to term a child doomed to a life of suffering from an incurable condition.

So the All knowing Christian Right  determined to end abortion at all costs and career Republicans rushing to grab their votes will ironically bring back the administrative state of human containment requiring massive, brutal, opaque institutions dependant on tax dollars with huge staffs, inadequate staffing or even patient care - robots!  

At least one social benefit may result. As institionalization of society's misfits becomes the norm in nearly every state a mental health dragnet will form or resume operation increasing the chances that today's recreational mass murderers will be detected and fitted for straight jackets before they can pick up guns and our target society!

Thomas reverse Brown vs. schools & Slavery

 Judge Thomas is so high on his power trip and shock jock jurisprudence expect him anytime now to  reintroduce school segregation , slavery and Jim crow family values!  His opinion on guns was to make life easier for DWB and young thugs to be well armed too!

SCOTUS PLAN RETURN OF DRAFT!

 The only practical purpose of banning abortion across America is to drastically increase the native born population and numbers of unwanted children to lay the groundwork for the resumption of the military draft for coming ground wars with Russia, N.Korea , China and Afghanistan!

Also necessary will be the suppression of divisive social movements such as gay rights, transgender identity, same sex marriage etc. in the U.S. so it will have parity with authoritarian societies such as China where President Xi is moving against LGBTQ liberties.
