But for the very self important, persistent caller. .. "Would you prefer to be executed AT HOME" or 

"IN FRONT OF YOUR "PROPERTY" ?  That way you'd get a personalized little white cross & mourner's flowers TO GO WITH THE sexy "FOR SALE SIGN" of your "infestment" firm.

WELL , WHICH OPTION IS FOR YOU??

The stinking little pants wetter can't charge you with communicating threats  .... IF HE PHONED YOU....  & YOU AREN'T SELLING YOUR HOME! 

Let him get horrible nightmares, disrupt his predatory "business " & help him to ONLY call advertised properties!  

"What type of relocation assistance do you offer?" (Few states or cities except New York require it) Nevertheless force him to promise a free relocation agency. When later not offered, sue him for deceptive marketing!!

PLUS IF your jerky caller has a FOREIGN ACCENT turn his number over to Homeland Security DHS! One more illegal for the warehouse quota  

Then there are the SPECULATOR SPAMMERS "won't you sell to us & go live in a dumpster?" - Voice mail, phone message, emails !!

First shoot a clear photo of your most recent bowel movement preferably in a toilet bowl AND SEND TO "MR HOME BUYER" as a friendly message.  "IM SELLING THIS $________ Go EAT IT.

Not into scat humor?  Well, clip pictures from the Internet of big,fat DOGS SQUEEZING OUT fresh doggy sausage links & reply to "Mr home buyer" in kind with these graphic Arte attachments.

If the speculator is middle-eastern/Arab/Muslim, he's almost SURE TO NEVER CONTACT YOU AGAIN!

The massive fire in LA that burned down a speculator's development project was most likely arson and the developers RICHLY DESERVED IT.   This folks is the beginning of the violent class war that's coming to the United States.  As PBS called it the "GENTRIFICATION-INDUSTRIAL-COMPLEX"  is a ruthless, lying, stealing real estate service industry that actively seeks out neighborhoods where low income, working people live and/or work and then systematically disrupt these neighborhoods seeking to EVICT or price out all of it's long time residents forcing them into homelessness and joblessness.      THIS IS CORPORATE TERRORISM and since governments do nothing to mitigate or stop these predatory industries or help poor working people find affordable housing then IT'S OK TO BURN DOWN THE GENTRIFICATOR'S PROJECTS because it's simply tit for tat.  They do it to you ....so you can do it to them!

Without a government that plays the role of referee in the economic battle between the greedy and powerful versus the poor and weak in their quest for basic, affordable housing, THE ONLY WAY FOR THE POOR TO DEFEND THEIR HOMES AND BUSINESSES from the Gentrification Vultures will be to USE ARSON, VANDALISM, PHYSICAL HARASSMENT and other so called "illegal" tactics to make the neighborhood being "turned" into an ECONOMICALLY UNDESIRABLE place to the investors and real-estate speculators!!!

So keep your eyes OPEN folks.  When the first or second cutesy, shiny boutique or coffee house opens up in your worn-out block - BURN IT (not while occupied!) SMASH THE WINDOWS.  When they replace them ...SMASH THEM AGAIN...AND AGAIN.....AND AGAIN!!  Until either they give up their venture OR the block has to be populated by so many police OR RIOT POLICE 24/7 that developers become scared away and their would-be yuppie tenants/buyers get a bad taste for the area and look elsewhere!    If vulture realtors hover around, shoot them in the ass with slingshots or bb guns!     Make your hood UNWELCOMING AND UNCOMFORTABLE for all speculators!!                    REMEMBER FERGUSON MO.
