Polar bear people conflict?

 If sea ice is disappearing and forcing polar bears onto land more often where they may attack humans.

  Why can't waste sea plastics be molded into artificial ice sheets to substitute for real ice to give polar bears a kind of "surfboard" on which to hunt from? 

Abundant plastic waste needs a "job" why not artificial "ice" for polar bears? 

UKRAINE SHELL SHORTAGE SUGGESTION

 Ukraine can't get enough artillery shells yet Russia is "donating" thousands of tons of metal to Ukraine in the form of disabled tanks and other ruined military vehicles.  Why not recycle Russian junk metal into artillery or even CANNON BALLS?  Why not compress solid waste from U. S. and fire it at Russia? We have an inexhaustible supply needing places to dispose of it and Putin has plenty of space to fill with it! 

PLASTIC NOT RECYCLED-SHRED IT!

 If plastic is going to landfills anyway why not at least reduce its bulk and water content by shredding it into a filler material like gravel ?

SUPER-STORM fluid SURVIVAL ADVICE:  If you can't find drinking water in the usual places REMEMBER!  Wastefull Americans NEVER finish a packaged beverage more than halfway before tossing it in the trash.  So there's always TONS of drinkable beverages waiting for you in the nearest office, school etc. trash bag, dumpster or landfill.  Remember your goal is SURVIVAL not flavor!!  Tear open & Dig in to get fluids for your body asap!!

WHAT DROUGHT? There's PLENTY of water in U.S.A.

Despite all the news about the world getting hotter and drier with climate change it's worth noting that there will ALWAYS be plenty of water just sitting around.  Where?  Just ask any Janitor in America groaning under the weight of trash bag after trash bag weighted down mainly with plastic beverage containers nearly ALL half filled with water, soda, coffee, fruit juice etc. that was tossed away as soon as the bottle became warmer than it was in the fridge or cooler than it was in the microwave.  When water REALLY becomes a scarce resource in the hotter years to come, ample supplies of it will be readily available in dumpsters and landfills across America and the Western world that so casually tossed it away in the nearest rubbish bin.
