HOUSING FIRST NOT PERFECT BUT.

 The NYC comptroller says housing first costs approximately $68. a bed vs $1,000 plus to jail the homeless.

But to use the HOUSING FIRST model unhoused people are not required or expected to be model citizens before gaining a place to live!  

 This is totally logical just as many tenants in public housing units continue to have behavioral, health and socialization challenges.   

Then consider historical milltowns of industrial cities which have often been notorious for domestic violence, substance abuse etc.  

NIMBY Huh?  Well would you prefer more homeless tent cities on street medians & under bridges, public defecation, and squatting in vacant properties?  

 Those are your choices:  Either the stupid expensive one or the practical, intelligent one! 

FORCE WALLSTREET OUT OF HOUSING!

 Investor swine wallowed burping and farting into the rental housing market big time in 2010 during the republican Great Recession when thousands  of houses were abandoned and foreclosed and thus bargain buys waiting to be gulped down by the fattest, largest hogs in commercial real estate and financial hedge funds often owning thousands of rentable houses and apartments. 

 The rental housing hogs, bloated with cash, set and raise rents "across" the holdings without a single thought about tenants struggle to pay them or decent into homelessness if they can't pay excessive rents.   

Wall street not drugs or crime is the single worst contributor to homelessness in America and the western world and must be stopped by any means necessary legislative or by direct action such as squatting, confiscation and vandalism (to destroy value) 

 The German parliament is considering the legislative  route of breaking up mass corporate ownership of rental housing! America should follow up !!

OWS - Occupy Foreclusured HOMES!

It's wintertime so too cold to occupy public spaces so NOW LET'S GET SERIOUS FOLKS. Thousands of American families are HOMELESS while thousands of HOMES lie VACANT while the GREEDY BANKS play their casual games of monopoly with their Republican whores in congress.

THIS WINTER IT'S TIME TO BEGIN CONFISCATING UNPRODUCTIVE PRIVATE PROPERTY and turn it over to NEEDY PEOPLE out dieing in the cold! It's time to OCCUPY IDLE BANK PROPERTIES by squatting in them.

Do this by the thousands and millions across America and the Pinkerton Kops(bank whores) will always be outnumbered and overworked !!! Why worry about being "arrested or jailed" it's better than dieing , starving in the cold. The pig gov't will have to give you "shelter" and "food" anyway ha ha.

Don't worry about the 'property owners' if the house is destroyed - no problem. THE INSURANCE COMPANIES (BANKS) WILL pay the owners for the lost home ! This REDISTRIBUTION of wealth in America is long overdue !! Step one: Find a house/building that's empty and "BANK OWNED" Step two: break-in Step three: set-up occupancy. Turn-on utilities, seal out drafts, pray and try to find work.
