SNAP Fraud/waste by delivery!

 Aldi online order form asks for substituteion (ai typo) preferences if item is out of stock.  Instead of holding item in memory IT ADDS IT TO CUSTOMER ORDER!  So it's not a substitute it's an ADDITIONAL purchase! 

 It's deliberately confusing to force EBT consumers to SPEND MORE even if, (in my case I don't have refrigerator space for more) If an online delivery customer wants to start a totally new order from scratch THEY CAN'T!  The system simply ADDS new purchases to the existing list rather than allowing for a new SMALLER order to be initiated! 

Walmart is guilty of these online tricks as well. SNAP customers may be forced or tricked into buying excess food which they can't use or store themselves & have to give it away, sell it or trash it at public expense while the store PROFITS from waste & electronic fraud!

Walmart says your SNAP got misdelivered twice -tough!

 Walmart plus delivery drivers are often in a hurry, running several orders on your trip. All the bags in the delivery car are the same color, they sometimes have to struggle to lift cases of water or sodas then shoot a required photo & rush back to their vehicle!

The customer hurries to bring their food items inside the door at which time they MAY notice several items are missing, sometimes 50% of their order!

What if the customer is a SNAP / EBT card user who's items are missing?  

Should they complain to the store for refunds (& maybe to penalize the driver if dishonest)?   Well they can & wait for a refund credit to go back to the SNAP account then reorder the missing items (and plus pay tip and sub minimum fee all over again)

But realistically it seems, Walmart thinks SNAP items are FREE OF CHARGE so why not fret a little less & just BUY THEM AGAIN?  It's not your hard earned money lost to delivery chaos, right?  

But if a SNAP customer has a low EBT balance replacing foods may not be affordable or even possible until next month's snap payment!

But if said customer ALSO has a credit card on the account probably Walmart feels they can makeup those loses with flexible funds?

So to punish SNAP RECIPIENTS who report poor deliveries requiring refunds Walmart seems to retaliate by blocking a customer account with mysterious "technical issue, try again later" red flags preventing credit card use (required if SNAP funds are insufficient)! 

Why not just prevent this delivery problem in the beginning by taking fewer orders in each trip or using different color bags for each order OR using cardboard dividers between orders in a flat floor type vehicle!!

 The US regime's just announced war on Medicaid supposedly "waste & fraud " actually is just another cheap shot on those too poor or sick to afford to lawyer up against it!  

Like my SSI recertification phone "interview"(late, deleted, rescheduled, no show...) from a MAGA bubble head who invented a monologue of excess income sources I still have not been SSA informed of having ACTUALLY existed (over past 2 years)! 

Actually, it appears this regime hopes more poor people go off public assistance and into prisons run by private companies which actually cost the taxpayers MORE to manage.  

Just as do the many regime connected "nursing" facilities charging for non existent meals & unnecessary drugs to process bodies into bags for cremation.

 The most glaringly obvious proof that RFK is wrong for Surgeon General or Dept of Health is HIS FACE IS SUNBURNED!!  And we can be sure that it didn't get that UGLY from hard labor working outdoors!! 

Someone who indulged himself in THAT MUCH UV RADIATION couldn't possibly be physically, mentally or morally healthy enough to lead the public in healthcare!
