SPACEX caused tornadoes NOAA cuts!

 Isn't it curious that SpaceX rocket launch blasts are causing increasing atmospheric heat leading to worse and more frequent violent weather at the same time as the SpaceX OWNER is disabling the National Weather Service's ability to predict and track bad weather?

Protesters should be "disabling" SpaceX launches to stop federal "waste and fraud" instead !

Medical IV production must go underground;

 Vital medical supply production must not be centered in only one region or be solely controlled by the private, for profit sector!  Planners should now expect floods EVERYWHERE, tornadoes, wildfires and deep snow.  

Therefore probably the best places would be underground, elevated above ground or both a floatable and hydraulic jack system which could raise the facility above flood level but also lower the buildings BELOW grade level in tornado situations!! 

 The expense of such engineering means the federal government must be involved in some facilities serving as backup for the private sector .

 Why aren't residential trailers built on floatable bases like house boats in Europe?  Are Americans too stupid or to cheap and just prefer to pay insurance or rebuilding expenses?

 If Drug company Pfizer's severe damage from a brief tornado will disrupt national hospital supplies why was this facility not designed with RESILIENCE FOREMOST IN MIND?  

The area it is situated in is like the Midwest or infamous TORNADO ALLEY everything is built cheaply at VERY FLAT grade level where a tornado can easily hit and destroy buildings in it's path!

Why won't America build important structures BELOW GROUND or partially below grade level to at least attempt to dodge twisters? 

RE-BUILD UNDER GROUND?

 In the flat lands of Texas extreme heat and tornadoes points to one thing.  Rebuild towns and cities below ground to protect against storm damage and excessive heat .  

Until global warming subsides permanently, underground living needs to become the new norm for towns across the hot, dry southwest!

 Why can't tornado towns build /rebuild below ground or add storm cellars?  Mega storms are our FUTURE!! 

PUERTO RICO NEEDS TO SEEK AID FROM CHINA, CUBA, U.N.

The best way for Puerto Rico to get "attention" from Mr. Trump would be for it to seek economic aid directly from China, Cuba or The U.N. !  Chinese engineering companies could easily manage the rebuilding of the island's power grid.  They are doing the same thing in African countries, Nepal, Myanmar etc.  Cuba could be supplying medical assistance and logistics the latter of which is a natural since Cubans are used to getting along without electricity, cars, air conditioning and so on that Puerto Ricans have been treating as entitlements all these decades from US welfare. 

By it's gross negligence post Maria, The Trump administration has inflicted a mass population transfer on the US mainland as well as the Puerto Rican economy.  Just as he deports thousands of Mexicans to stop their cultural "invasion" of US towns and cities (his real agenda) Right on their heels will follow thousands of displaced Puerto Ricans who will bring a noisier and aggressively entitled version of Hispanic culture to communities all over the US mainland!   Just thank Mr. Donald and The Republicans ya'll!

PUERTO RICO SLOW RESPONSE TEMPTS ENEMIES OF U.S. TO ATTACK US!

The absurdly slow and uncoordinated Federal response to the post hurricane devastation in the U.S. territory of Puerto Rico will very likely serve as a 'model' for our enemies and adversaries of how an attack on our major cities and vital infrastructure could fatally cripple America and send us back to the "stone age" for years or decades! If our central government and armed forces remain as chaotic and enept as this in restoring a relatively small 'disaster area' what would the response be like if much larger areas of the nation were to be attacked and devastated?
