Monogrammed stimulus checks for antique collectors!

Trump's order to add his name to printed treasury checks is intended as a Mexican style (He loves Mexico!) bribe to encourage anybody he can to vote for his 2nd term in office! But the more likely function of these items is to keep his memory alive many decades from now in history when, like George DUMYA Bush, America's history books and public will have tried their darnedest to forget this person had EVER been a national leader in the United States of America!  Then the novel checks will have dubious values as collectors items.

OPEN THE COUNTRY ? WHO "CLOSED" IT? STATES.

The moron-in-chief said he's "In charge" of reopening the country (THIS is good for votes!) IRONICALLY when asked who should close down the country (BAD for votes!) Trump then "LEFT IT TO THE STATES to decide each on their own! Which has resulted in much more community spread, infections, death's and medical supply shortages.  The only "deciders" should be non-partisan medical experts and regional governments.

COVID-19 IS A PRACTICE DRILL FOR LARGE METEOR STRIKE !!

I've been trying to tell my younger friend that this pandemic isn't just an annoying temporary inconvenience.  It must be a warm up of sorts for something worse and bigger yet to come to Americans and to the world that will require our government and society to radically reorganise and tighten our belts to survive against!  But what? Next world war, enemy invasions, super tsunamis,  what?  I think the answer will be a massive METEOR strike somewhere on this planet's surface !!

In which case if America is to survive and remain even basically intact we cannot have the flabby, greedy, disorganized, divided, chaotic economy government and society we have now.  To be resilient and even partly prepared we will have to be somewhat like China is today but without the blindness of ideologies that inhibit practical actions !
