Way to go Donald, fix our national infrastructure using (free)gang labor!
Russia, China, The Philippines would agree that criminal gangs in America are coddled and pampered and go back out the revolving door to terrorize at will. These men are fit, healthy and over fed at public expense! Our government should put all these parasites in Russian style chains and shackles and be deployed doing hard construction labor rebuilding America's roads, bridges, pipelines, airports, railroads etc. Just like Putin, Stalin, Mao, Xi and FDR who turned the able bodied parasites from their lives of leisure to productive forced labor!!

TRUMP'S FIRST SUGGESTION TO KIM JONG UN - WOULD YOU TAKE OUR PRISONERS? ..PLEASE!!
TRUMP SAYS HE HAS NO QUALMS ABOUT TALKING TO KIM JONG UN RIGHT?
So Has it ever occurred to our gov't that a perfect way to reduce repeat offences and empty America's overflowing prisons (full of over fed, body-building, recreational-repeat killers -Salinas CA) at the same time would be for him to revive the Chaney era extraordinary rendition program, pack the hoodlums onto planes with one way tickets to NORTH KOREA, book them into the Pyongyang Hilton, wait for them to start spitting lueggys at the portraits of Dear Leader in each of their suites ...and then boyz...the "fun" really begins!
Off they ALL go to fake court, get one chance to sob(or strut one last macho pose)for the world press and then crash-boom they land on their faces into the living hell of A REAL PRISON SYSTEM, off our boys in orange will go!
Bye bye hearty, high protein meals three times a day, no more laundry,no tv, no free time to practice gang combat, no more tax lavished jail hotels with revolving doors. Nope homies. Just one bowl a day of corn & maggots, brutally hard labor, one grey uniform for the next decade, the only fight practice will be you in chains vs. mobs of guards with steel pipes & kung fu hardened hands.
Just imagine the 'boyz' transformation at the next UPI photo op!!
The US could pay Pyongyang a "service fee" to correct our Hopeless He-men utilizing the only thing the North is really good at which is: The perfection of human misery'!
Then the gulags overflowing with true criminals they'd have no room left for all those innocent Koreans (and unbelievably STUPID, wealthy, American college kids).
