Obviously, the disruptive cyber attack affecting European airlines is the work of the Kremlin(Ukraine military aid) or (Israel - Palestine recognition). Neither nation usually comments publicly on its hostile actions taken overseas!
Added to those is the Trump regime which NEVER comments publicly to NPR or any media outlets it disdains!
