We know North Korea's Kim Jong Un dictates exactly what hair styles men may wear in public 4 or 6 variations.
Apparently South Korea has same law which dictates exactly what hair styles WOMEN/FEMALES are permitted to wear in public!
Any deviation from these customary styles will legally subject an "offending" woman to discrimination & brutal beatings from men. Not unlike Iran & Afghanistan's abuse of women failing to cover their heads & hair with hoods & burkas!
SOUTH KOREA IS NO MORE DEMOCRATIC & FREE THAN PYONGYANG!
