BOSTON BLIZZARD PARADE , GLOBAL WARMING, NUCLEAR POWER - The connection!

The "connection" is, in my little mind, 

1) OK you've got too much SNOW and 

2) NO PLACE CONVENIENT TO DUMP IT.  and  

3) Boston is wasting energy and time using "SNOW MELTING containers".  

4) There's A NUCLEAR POWER STATION somewhere on CAPE COD - using TONS OF WATER TO COOL the REACTORS and SPENT FUEL RODS in a WASTE POOL right?   

5) So how about USING WASTE HEAT FROM REACTORS and SPENT FUEL RODS 
to MELT BOSTON'S SNOW faster FOR FREE converting it to water or steam ??  

6) OK, so IF this would require TOO MUCH INFRASTRUCTURE or LOGISTICS for this winter's blizzard ???  

Then YA BETTA TINK ABOUT IT (and start planning).... FOR the NEXT PARADE OF BLIZZARDS  sure to come!!   :) 


PS: Since America doesn't mind shipping hazardous waste on trains etc.  Maybe just put a "little HOT uranium waste" in a lead cylinder and use it IN PLACE OF AN SNOW PLOW's blade ??  
- Then again, maybe this's an idea just "crazy-foolish" enough for The Soviet Union to have tried??? 

WHAT DROUGHT? There's PLENTY of water in U.S.A.

Despite all the news about the world getting hotter and drier with climate change it's worth noting that there will ALWAYS be plenty of water just sitting around.  Where?  Just ask any Janitor in America groaning under the weight of trash bag after trash bag weighted down mainly with plastic beverage containers nearly ALL half filled with water, soda, coffee, fruit juice etc. that was tossed away as soon as the bottle became warmer than it was in the fridge or cooler than it was in the microwave.  When water REALLY becomes a scarce resource in the hotter years to come, ample supplies of it will be readily available in dumpsters and landfills across America and the Western world that so casually tossed it away in the nearest rubbish bin.
