Why couldn't beach sand be pumped onto STRUCTURAL PLATFORMS which are able to rise with the ocean by floating on rising seas OR rising on GIANT hydraulic JACKS above the waves during off seasons and rough waves!
When elevated, a sea railing could keep people from falling off the "wet" edge and being washed under the structural platform supporting the "beach" sands !
