Government better past or present

 One possibly clear indicator of why  American government up to the 1960s was more stable and intelligent than the 60s to the present is the mental, emotional, educational and civic participation of American Presidents and other political leaders in Washington DC while growing up and professionally.  Obviously President Trump's mental & emotionally "unhinged" character is significantly less admirable than most of our successful past presidents. 

Elon Musk is a similar wobbly "big leader" unelected nor congressionally confirmed (even by the minimally qualified rubber stamp majority) who's emotional instability, sense of entitlement, moral ambiguity(told his critics on TV to "Go F themselves) and youthful rebelliousness contrast fatally with his intellectual & IQ levels that made him a wealthy entrepreneur.   

What about our opportunistic "conservative" congress allowing itself to metamorphose into a cult of bone brains desperate for power at any cost to their country?  

What about our cultist-like voters unable to carry on calm, civilized discussion with anyone who's not a "cult" member?   Who depend on an uninterrupted diet of same-think media propaganda in perfect sync with the President's latest talking points?

US needs federal law limiting age & conviction of The president

 A future (mature) United States Congress must pass laws limiting Presidential age to 76 and preventing presidential candidates convicted of felonies from being eligible for election to the Congress or executive branch! 

Such a law against criminals in Congress or the White House shouldn't be necessary in a democracy except in the case where individuals with no sense of shame, low morals, mental problems and fanatical desires for power persist in claiming eligibility to run.

An upper age limit is necessary because people now are living longer and feeling physically healthier but not necessarily mentally healthy enough for the rigors of office.  

Others remain mentally strong but physically vulnerable to be able to serve out their terms. 

IF MUELLER "CROSSES THE LINE" - SO WHAT? IS TRUMP A "CROOK" WILL RUSKIE MAFIA SNUFF MUELLER?
