  If "The insurance company is not your friend" you can bet it's the CLOSE FRIEND of a Republican politician or judge.   The Consumer Finance Protection Board or CFPB is the friend of most ordinary citizens who are compelled to seek its help battle the big billers preying on them for every $$.

Probably the Enemies of the CFPB are deep in the pockets of Judge Clarence Thomas and his GOP gang.

 But eBay dishonesty LIKE SELLING "REFURBISHED" electronics with empty software and a rabbit hole "return" policy isn't alone. 

 Facebook posts emotionally provocative photos (baby elephant poachers) sure to win angry comments then penalizes viewers who express outrage by accusing them of being "VIOLENT & INCITING" thus violating user guidelines! This is ultimately just a dirty click-bait tactic and a way to increase the "value" of a users "friends" whom the platform separates violators from!

Amazon corruption like offering "free returns" of cell phones IF a customer is aware of ALL THE MICRO RULES required for the company to accept a HAZARDOUS LI-ON battery containing device.  If the fine print isn't adhered to by a customer then AMAZON pretends to NOT ACCEPT the returned product calling it an "UNSUCCESSFUL RETURN" and CHARGES THE CUSTOMER for keeping/not returning the item!  Amazon then disposes of the item - mysteriously!!

Walmart.com sells spoiled soy milk from Westsoy where the SELL BY date is stamped in fine point type face with the year smeared or missing entirely.

Then the already spoiled milk is repackaged in a clear plastic bag over rap and shipped to customers anyway or placed back on store shelves even after customers complain! 

LETS GO FTC YOUR TIME IS HERE!! 

 

TRUTH IN STORAGE LAW!

 My samsuck phone has 16 gigabytes of storage supposedly.  Storage is what holds the operating system, optional applications photos, videos, and often a great clutter of unwanted applications which constantly generate more clutter in their "cache" files. Telecoms justify this arrangement by the application clutter critics call "bloatware" paying to subsidize the full cost of the phone so it can be afforded by lower income consumers.   

Unfortunately for the average consumer it isn't clear how much or how little of the stated STORAGE SIZE is actually free for them to use as they please : Add other applications such as two music radios at one time, a photo album or a business app.  Or use for their videos.  

So in my case the advertised 16 gigs actually works out to ONLY 2 gigabytes of flexible storage space!   The other 9/10ths of the "storage" drive is bloated with the PRIORITIES OF THE TELECOM AND SAMSUCK for whom the phone is also an advertising revenue vehicle.

So stated "STORAGE" on smartphones is similar to over the air TV's "Free programming" with 5 minute program segments interrupted by ten minute strings of commercials for testosterone & Medicare.

THE FTC NEEDS TO FORCE PHONE MAKERS AND TELECOMS TO CLEARLY STATE THE NET AMOUNT OF FREE / EMPTY STORAGE SPACE AVAILABLE ON EACH DEVICE NOT THE GROSS AMOUNT which is deliberately misleading !  

 Another big reason this consumer deception matters is that it CONTRIBUTES MASSIVELY TO E-WASTE because consumers who buy these throwaway type phones could be buying phones that last longer and can be up graded or easily recycled conserving the world's LITHIUM BATTERY SUPPLY NOW GOING INTO THE TRASH !!

TRACFONE CELLULAR SUPPORTS PROSTITUTION INDUSTRY !!

Tonight I just got my latest unsolicited, tele-spam message purporting to promise SEXUAL services if I "add" the number or email address.  However since TRACFONE, (with profits in mind of course), REFUSES TO ALLOW IT'S CUSTOMERS TO BLOCK SPAM CALLS OR TEXT MESSAGES  I'M HELPLESS TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT except delete it ...and WAIT FOR THE NEXT ONE/S .   !!!

TRACFONE OBVIOUSLY SYMPATHIZES WITH THE NEEDS OF PROSTITUTES, (and all the other low life) to MAKE PROFITS TOO!   IT'S customers are just bait and nothing more.
