Afghan gay troops lost fight

 A recent report that Afghanistan has thousands of gay citizens. If true its possible that many of its soldiers are gays and also pedophiles which can also explain why they were so averse to combat duties?  These orientations are also held in great contempt by Muslims especially  the fanatical taliban who would've had greater motivation to kill them in combat operations and now the Nazi-like mullah in charge of national security is eager to start exterminating gays and former pro US fighters. The question is why didn't the CIA know this fact so US could've wound down its support sooner?
