TELECOMS USE AJIT PAI TACTICS TO BLOCK ACCESS TO FREE FONE PROGRAM!

 By now I have tried 3 or 4 times to get free cell phone service before I lose my paid service due to poverty ( errors by SSI) But each time I try despite being a SNAP and Medicaid recipient the rigged "applications" created by private companies always find an "error" somewhere in the document to prevent it from letting me connect to the so called free service.   

On some forms the words j enter such as my name or address  magically vanish from their fields requiring re entering the entire page over and over. Another one by Qlink gets to the final page then your electronic signature turns to italics then an error prevents the form from being submitted.  

With Safelink I finally passed all the goofy hurdles but finally was mailed a SIM having the wrong serial numbers, no replacement was offered but silly app keeps saying "You are approved" hurry and register!  For EBB I qualified with the so called "National Verifier" but my ISP said my service TIER doesn't qualify for EBB. 

THE GOVT IS LETTING THE FOX GUARD THE HEN HOUSE.  WAKE UP BIDEN ADMIN. TRUMP'S LITTLE COCKROACH AJIT PAI SET UP LIFELINE PROGRAM to aid the telecoms by minimizing the competition from fed. program!!   No wonder 2/3 of safelink applicants dont use the free phone program 

SAFELINK & EBB comical SCAMS

 Beware if safelink a product of Tracfone sends you a SIM card making it look easy to switch to free "Lifeline" mobile service.  Easy it is not. Prepare to get sent on a crazy run around on page after page of senseless, highly disorganized websites and equally clueless customer service phone numbers asking the same series of questions over and over again. Like the "How can we help you" statement followed by a LOGOUT button (no text entry field or touch selection) After filling out a dozen personal I.D. questions the nineth time then you are told " You have an application on file go to My Status" but no such item is to be found in any logical sequence or order.  

This is what happens when the government gives money to private companies without telling them how to do FAIR business. ISPs like Spectrum and telecoms like Tracfone then set up the written equivalent of the TV game show "WIPE OUT" laughing all the way to to Wall Street while many consumers are cheated out of services they qualify for!

Did you know Tracfone has a cute new interface which they forgot to actually connect to the rest of their website.  This means if you try to update your payment card info you will spend lots of time entering the same personal data over and over again and the new card form will just refresh with all the fields empty again (no explanation , not even a basic, moronic 'An error has occurred' or 'invalid card name' or anything)  

Then there's the funny part where the old part of the site where 'auto-refill' amazingly shows the old credit card unchanged which is the same one the new cutesy account page says never existed in the system (meaning your previous, long time payment method POOF!-JUST VANISHED like the interns who just went back to high school!   

Oh there, there not to worry a soothing CS agent is at your service who will do her level best to pretend she knows just the fix when in reality her whole department has NO IDEA WHAT THE HELL went wrong and why all their screens are frozen or crashing.  So to keep customers guessing they insist you read aloud your card number and ALL other personal info into your "very secure" cellular device not just once or twice but as many times as cs agents need to appear in control of a network which seems totally screwed up or at least for a good while anyway. 

TRACFONE USERS held hostage by company and spam or unwanted callers !! COMPANY DOESN'T CARE so long as "somebody" brings $ in!

FAIR WARNING if you are considering buying a TracFone this company couldn't care less WHO places calls to your device so long as it results in your minutes being used up and they making more money!

 This is the "price" budget users have to pay in order to keep their phone in service for $10 or $20 a month with minutes rolled over.   Therefore if some spammer, mentally retarded person with Unlimited minutes usage plan, mystery caller who sends annoying "RESTRICTED" or "PRIVATE" calls (which Tracfone treats with great honor by preventing the victim from editing in ANY way) or similar gets your phone number Tracfone doesn't give a shit if it interferes with your employer or doctor calling you no matter how many times this "person" phones, texts or voice mail's your phone!  

This company's ONLY answer is to let it's users CHANGE their number despite the fact that this inconveniences all their legitimate contacts and disrupts the user's business life.   Naturally, once a user changes his or her number than usually doing so will require them TO CALL OR TEXT ALL OF THEIR CONTACTS to advise them of the NEW number resulting in MORE PROFITABLE MINUTE USAGE for the company!

MY SOLUTION IS TO TURN-OFF my Tracfone for extended periods of time preventing any voice mail, texts or calls from getting through.  Even the most severely retarded teenager will eventually give up calling me at least for a day or so.  This tactic is similar to changing my number except that it's more TEMPORARY.

 In the future however, when my income is better, probably I will drop Tracfone service for a wireless company which values it's customers more  than those aggressive, harassing and anonymous unwanted callers whom it gives an "open season" pass on us (with a wink and a nod).  

Summary:  If you need your phone for important business contacts you better SKIP Tracfone who's "no number block" policy proves they aren't really a serious wireless carrier!
