LOCAL THREATS KEEP GUARD TIED UP

 Quite possibly the fascist threats to assault state capitol is a rouse to keep national guard troops thin going into inauguration area ?  

Like in 1960's DC guard should display fixed BAYONETS to signal serious business in national capitol !
