FLIPPERS MUST OFFER RELOCATION

 A bill is needed to require cold calling house flipper investors to offer the homeowners free RELOCATION ASSISTANCE SERVICES in order to have legal rights to phone homeowners not listing their property publicly or at all!

SEARS-pre-fab homes should be a public agency now!

 The Sears pre-fabrication, mail order homes business became financially unsustainable as a private for-profit business. 

However in today's needy housing market with new building technologies & transportation a public-private reincarnation of this mass housing model should be exactly what many American communities need to vastly reduce homelessness and absurdly high housing costs!  

 It might also reduce the need for cheap, undocumented construction labor since the "SEARS" type production company would operate much as do Home Depot and Lowe's arranging for their own licensed contractors to arrive on site along with the building materials ready to begin work for a client. 

In disaster areas such as Los Angeles and Western NC "SEARS" style mass production DCs could be set up to pre-build & ship to regional markets where buyers and building sites are located & code compliant shelter is desperately needed.   

The Federal government agency such as Freddy Mac, FEMA-replace, Public-Farm, Homeland-Shelter or similar would try to operate profitably but have enough public backing flexibility to absorb some financial shocks & market changes without going bust! 

  If structured correctly this should gain support from both Republicans and Democrats since it could serve many different constituents including some wealthy business owners! 

ATF fears hate? Try homeless!

 The growing masses of unhoused in the USA include people from ALL CLASSES, RACES AND EVEN PROFESSIONS local politicians often treat them like untouchables and criminals!  But the truly guilty are corporate landlords investment banks (homewreckers) and spineless leaders.  

Obviously "Hoovervilles" are now normal just to be pushed from place to place and invisibility by police (who also may be homeless?)

This sickness in America will never be taken seriously until 

 a) The unhoused far outnumber the housed in all cities and towns.  

 b) The unhoused take up firearms for self defense first and later for arresting the homewreckers and putting them on public trials (see Rural China 1947-49)

  These mini insurrections against mass homelessness should eventually force Washington DC (capitalism) to reform and basic housing to become part of the bill of rights in America and NIMBY to be made illegal when citing residential developments anywhere!   ATF will be swept aside by this mass movement of UNITED PEOPLES !!

STARTER HOMES FOR EVERYONE?

 A lack of housing inventory is said to be the driving  factor behind the inert housing market yet when occasionally we do see new construction guess what?  The homes are expensive looking McMansions using up scarce land and construction labor!

In the great depression and similar eras society built massive developments of simple starter homes and mill workers housing and there were plenty of eager takers glad to get out of the rain and shelters.  

Then later when the economy improved and the market loosened many people in those simple dwellings moved up and out leaving them to others takers.  Today's housing emergency needs radical solutions like those to get more Americans under a roof either both as owners and renters!
