JUDICIAL REPLACING LEGISLATIVE BRANCH.

 Starting January 2025 since the US no longer has a competent or logical Executive branch nor a competent or functional legislative branch the nation is now stuck with the JUDICIAL BRANCH having to be a replacement for both federal bodies! 

 This leaves the American people with ONLY Federal courts and 50 state governments to govern the country.   

So therefore the military no longer needs to feel obligated to demonstrate "loyalty" to either the White House or either branch of Congress and may, as occured during the Civil war, pledge only it's loyalty to a group or all of the individual States! (until the enemy🇷🇺🇰🇵 installed executive branch is overthrown & replaced with 🇺🇸 constitutional leaders!)

US needs federal law limiting age & conviction of The president

 A future (mature) United States Congress must pass laws limiting Presidential age to 76 and preventing presidential candidates convicted of felonies from being eligible for election to the Congress or executive branch! 

Such a law against criminals in Congress or the White House shouldn't be necessary in a democracy except in the case where individuals with no sense of shame, low morals, mental problems and fanatical desires for power persist in claiming eligibility to run.

An upper age limit is necessary because people now are living longer and feeling physically healthier but not necessarily mentally healthy enough for the rigors of office.  

Others remain mentally strong but physically vulnerable to be able to serve out their terms. 

House speakers should plan to be FIRED!

 So long as Trump and the fanatical MAGA wing of what was formerly the Republican party continue to make functioning government impossible everyone elected to the House Speaker's position must EXPECT TO BE REGULARLY FIRED after a short term SERVING THE NATIONAL INTEREST by putting PRAGMATISM first!! 

Until America rids itself of extreme partisanship and a divided congress Mike Johnson and future Speaker's of the House who wish to serve the public and the national interest rather than being lame puppets of the maga anarchy must expect to be voted out prematurely as the price of voting Their Consciousness and doing PUBLIC SERVICE!!  

Think of yourselves as the political equivalent of American soldiers who stormed the beaches of Normandy! 

 Like wave after wave of brave men rushing into heavy machine gun fire, many falling into the waves but others crossing the beach and overrunning enemy Nazi positions!  

Today's House Speakers must run into the withering fire of maga irrationality and remain standing long enough to enact legislation in the national and sometimes world interest!  After one is knocked down by maga critiques the succeeding speaker must march just as bravely on voting his conscience even temporarily in this underdog job.

 Google photos is a joke:  They claim my 15 gigs of free storage are used up so I MUST PAY A SUBSCRIPTION FEE TO EXPAND "STORAGE" hahaha! 

But when I look at the items filling all 15 gigabytes it turns out about one half are TOTAL GARBAGE!  Multiple duplicates of blank "images" or junk images many of which I had ALREADY DELETED and somehow they got put RIGHT BACK in my file taking up space so GOOGLE CAN BILL ME MONTHLY TO "SAFE GUARD"  THEM!

Don't be suckered into Google photo PAID STORAGE!   They know your being charged for total crap that you are TOO  BUSY TO INVENTORY your files and they're "across everything" system is so confusing you'll never figure out the rules OR THE FEES !

Since the GOP envies and admires the CCP it should also be open to imitating China's massive infrastructure programs as well.

The Baseball practice massacre in Va. was a shame in that the event was where Congress people did something useful for"charity" that got bloodied.

The fact is older Americans in particular are getting fed up with the smart-ass gentry in congress robbing them of HEALTHCARE, retirement security, jobs and their dignity..........................

And it just so happens that a fair number of those 'older Americans' OWN GUNS AND KNOW HOW TO SHOOT THEM, AND WILL BE SHOOTING AT THE POLITICAL CLASS-SMART-ASSES MORE AND MORE FREQUENTLY where ever they can be found! (Pol-Pot's killing "fields"?)

"Gun control" will NEVER happen UNLESS the REGIME in Washington DC is in imminent danger of being OVERTHROWN by an INSURRECTION! (Then the gov't will cite The NRA as a Terrorist conspirator and nationalize all the GUN FACTORIES!)
