Conservatives like JD Vance want to blame liberal politics for America's low birth rate but ironically the blame goes to the conservative Reagan administration which started our present mass homelessness by ending subsidized public housing thus starting the current shortage of affordable housing options.
The Reagan administration also started a war on organized labor, strikes and wage increases. The effects were low wage, service jobs while America's heavy industrial jobs were sent overseas to China and other countries so that capitalism could make higher profits while importing cheap products for the service sector workers to subsist on.
Thirdly since many working class families have no time for child care at home they depend on paid child care or an extended family member or bringing their child to work with them!
CONSERVATIVE IDEAS DON'T WORK IN TODAY'S WORLD.
WHY HAVE CHILDREN IN AMERICA??
No affordable housing !
No living wages !
No child care !
Now he wants to FORCE unwanted births on women.... anyway!
