Walmarts plan to replace paper shelf tags with little phone screens, may as they say, "save paper" but likely waste huge amounts of electricity or lithium on batteries! Unless the store plans to power it's digital price tags with rooftop solar systems it seems like a hair brained expenditure just for marketing AND UPSELLING convenience.
