601 LEX. Needs Corner LEDs!

It's my humble opinion having observed Citi-group tower since it was a construction pit on Lexington Ave and 54th Street (my 1970s apartment, 1st-2nd Ave) that in today's world of L. E. D. towers & everything else.  That what's glaringly missing from this architecturally unique building (besides WARM, organic hues) GLARINGLY MISSING are rows of LED accent lights under its trademark CANTILEVER corners!

Part of its dull uninterrupted cold skin is its much criticized DAYTIME DARK SHADOWS under the four corners (recalls thick tennis & soccer knee muscles!)

A great way to correct and update the dark, cloudy day, under-corner shadows would be to add grids of LEDs on its 10 story high "ceiling" which could display colors (SHOCK!!) as the Empire state does or white, moving &/or stationary "corner" shaped accent lights moving inward , beckoning "Welcome" or outwardly as We're reaching OUT TO NYC!

These very visual updates to 601 Lexington avenue could make the cantilevered underside more appealing during daytime, overcast and even nights maybe instead of just those "so what" stage lamps inside the four accent grills which serve little if no helpful function.

Heck they might even prompt the ubiquitous YouTube, midtown, pocket-video tour guides TO CEASE IGNORING THIS AWESOME TOWER and get out of Times Square occasionally!!
