Even though Russia and China have similar authoritarian, centralized forms of government with both "presidents" serving life time terms there are two major differences.
China prefers to use whatever means necessary to develope its economy internally and educate as many of its people as highly as possible and improve their lives as much as practical.
Militarily China usually prefers building a strong great wall but not invading other nations.
Russia, on the other hand, seems to neglect the development of its consumer economy and the education of most of its people so they are empowered to better their lives and those of their children.
Russia seems only to care about bulking up its military forces, suppressing the development of its population and ignoring the improvement of its domesticly produced consumer goods and agriculture.
So King Putin as emperors before him, only seeks "national pride" from world conquest and destruction of weaker nations!
After this nutty little dictator lies in his glass box will the Russian state ever be able to follow the intelligent path to "national pride" that China is presenting to the world?
Perhaps China can do for Russia's people what it has done for (or to) America's by flooding Russia with goods which make ordinary people's lives and work easier and inspiring the Russians to derive "national pride" from producing consumer goods of their own instead of relying on those imported.
This is probably the ONLY way to stop Russia from being permanently, as Mao put it, "STUPID AND BRUTAL" or the unstopable Nazi war machine of the 21st century!
