If the BBB infrastructure bill goes through untweeked and the U.S.tries to have a massive spending race with a communist state and our mega projects are bloated with all the graft,corruption and gross incompetence that regularly go into Chinas frenetic building addiction .
(remember New York City's billion dollar subway tunnel built too low for trains to pass!) Or the early 20th century Queensboro bridge built super strong for subway trains but to rigid for MOVING trains!)
Just ask any mobster or corrupt condo builder(Millennium tower) making sandy cement! China has hundreds of unsafe,short life projects some falling down even during construction or soon after but no body cares except the victims because the world has given China billions to waste on propaganda projects to keep their people and the world distracted and deluded.(Winter Olympics)
America doesn't have the luxury of billions to squander like China our billions are mostly in the private sector and its owners don't give away capital for nothing (like the bank of China!)
In fact, after seeing the huge waste of tax money in the pointless Afghanistan war by Trump, those private purse strings have gotten even tighter!
