If house trailers on TENNESSEE's pidgeon river are floating away to destruction why couldn't a small upfit make next year's homes FLOAT READY as house boats are in other flood prone nations in Europe and Asia? Can't somebody build a subframe out of metal barrels welded or linked? Just a few feet higher above the waterline and these poor homes may have been saved from loss while anchored to their land!
C'mon America get an imagination instead of just robotic imitation and sorrows every year in climate change's wake!
