No1 cause of COVID19 SPREAD is HIPPA LAW - Let's break this law!

We are sick of generalisations about number of infections and vague locations such as by county only. We need to know where the spreaders are and try to keep away from them (or lock em up in storage blds!) I demand to know WHICH TOWN AND WHICH CITY HAS HOW MANY INFECTIONS!  If the damn "gov't " won't cough up the facts, it's HACKING TIME !!
