Both emperors Kim & Putin are BORED with their personal luxury and much more enthusiastic about playing WAR GAMES! World war that is.
China, on the other hand, prefers stability and continued economic development around the world even though it has invested heavily in it's own military progress.
A much stronger North Korean military could actually threaten China's North with potential invasion. Much worse than just a few starving NK soldiers raiding Chinese farms near the border as occurred recently.
At the same time, although China publicly advocates close friendship with Putin's Russia, Beijing is suspicious of Russian attitudes towards the yellow race and jealousy of its successful mixed economy.
Also in past history Russia hasn't been exactly a supporter of a strong,unified socialist China and threatened China so much in the 1960s that Mao denounced Russians as "stupid and brutal" right after he jumped into Richard Nixon's embracing arms!
So there's some possibility that China COULD be invaded by both Russia and North Korea if relations go bad!!
On the plus side, a large deployment of NK troops into Western Russia could destabilize the Putin regime by raising the ire of historically racist Caucasian Russian patriots!
Imagine the emergence of horny Korean soldiers seducing hundreds of Russian females and producing bi-racial babies as famously happened to the USA during its adventure in Vietnam!
NK SOLDIERS will also be politically "corrupted" by the relative freedoms they will experience in a European culture away from the thumbscrews of their chubby, all controlling emperor Kim!
When their Ukraine tour is over many may refuse to return to the slave state North and defect en-mass to Russia, Ukraine and Europe!
This could in turn make NK ripe for invasion by South Korea, China and/or the United States bringing about a period of world peace!
- NEXT THE ONLY THREAT TO HUMAN CIVILIZATION WILL BE WORSE CLIMATE CHANGE.
