By now it seems the building block floating objects over the arctic are likely just creative jokes sent by both Russia and China or North Korea to waste our resources and start a "wolf cry mentality" of indifference after which a real threat could be deployed such as the balloon bombs sent with the jet stream winds during WWII toward the U. S. West coast!
US intelligence should be searching for these before they reach our hemisphere at their points of origin if that can be determined. Most likely they are a response to US and Canadian material support for the Ukrainian defense.
