Congress needs to write legislation to limit the protections of the First Amendment at the Executive branch and curtail a president from making erratic statements advocating or threatening disruptive policies that destabilize the national economy and cause panic & fear among large numbers of American citizens!
All presidential speech and public statements should be submitted to a bipartisan board of censors prior to being released to the news media for public broadcast!
As the educational, credentials as well as mental & emotional health of US chief executives continue to decline while their ages get ever higher restricting their verbal diarrhea would do wonders for American and World society!
