MINNESOTA COPS HAVE CHINESE POLICE LAUGHING LOUD!

In China the police, especially military police have many techniques for subduing protesters which don't result in KILLING a suspect.   One of the favorites is pulling a man's arms back while pushing their elbows inward & holding them in!  This results in tortuous pain BUT IT'S NOT LETHAL!  China must wonder why American cops so often cannot take a suspect under control without a 50 bullet massacre or a choke hold DOA?   The conclusion probably is American cops have lots of toys but few suspect managing skills!
