RATIONING CARE can be justified if hospitals have proof that sick patients engaged in risky activity prior to admission!
This proof can come from airport surveillance cameras, tickets purchased, arrests at illegal parties, street protest videos, license plate photos at toll plazas, etc.
Persons disregarding official covid warning orders deserve rationed care because they have chosen to gamble with THEIR health at the expense of other people, medical workers and over burdened-facilities when they become infected and sick.
As this policy becomes known individuals may adjust their attitudes and choose to stay home instead and stay WELL @
