The best way to end the national phenomenon of ambulances DOUBLE PARKED AT hospital doors and scarce ICU capacity is to seperate rule followers from selfish rule breakers AT HOSPITAL DOORS!
This can be done by using facial recognition cameras at airports and similar places, driver IDs, or whatever to catch covid spreaders in the act and then stop them from rushing to and demanding emergency treatment at our hospitals ahead of law and curfew abiding citizens.
Casual spreaders should be forced to wait for treatment IN THE E.R.WAITING ROOM in areas marked for just them! They must be sent to the end of the line or wait for appointments! Once this policy gets known more of them will think twice before disregarding stay at home orders !
