Just as are the truck loads of firearms dumped into American hands, mass killings at schools are becoming so numerous and the public so indifferent that each new one should simply be given a BAR CODE. Doing so would also take away some of the "bragging" power of the shooters and their admirers.
Since SO MANY of today's teens know all about guns and are lusting to use them to KILL people it seems to be a no brainer that it's way past the time to resume the SELECTIVE SERVICE system. That's right resume The Draft. Doing so will help our military effectively stand up to the challenges of the "Putins" , Assads and Kim Jong Koo-Koos salivating at the dream of punching up Uncle Sam who lately seems too flabby and understaffed to engage them with yes HIS BOOTS ON THE GROUND.
Resumption of the draft would not only get all these "Terminator" wannabees to either shape up or be locked-up from the get go. It would help bring more discipline and focus into the teen world and start chipping away at the obesity culture from an earlier time point.
OBVIOUSLY IF THEY'RE IN LATE HIGH SCHOOL or COMMUNITY COLLEGE and they still wanna shoot to kill then THEY NEED TO BE DRAFTED and learn the hard way that fine olde art of making love to their guns!!
