While not at all unusual in India the copilot pooping in the isle was necessary due to no public streets being available to use for toileting!
This caused his anal orifice to itch uncontrollably after returning to the cockpit so he quickly deployed one of the fuel switches to scratch his butt hole while the pilot wasn't looking!
When asked why he'd moved the switch to off of course he denied having done anything particularly wrong!
Seconds later the plane nose dived into the tarmac.
