The horrible crime committed by twice invading illegal alien from Guatemala S. Zapeta is on one hand totally inexcusable. On the other hand at age 33 their is the possibility that this Indian witnessed this same type of sadistic brutality committed by his country's military death squads who were widely known to be backed by the UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT Reagan and Senator Jesse Helms.
Did Zapeta plan to bring these horrors back to the nation that ordered them done to equally innocent Guatemalan civilians?
(packed rural churches set ablaze, babies heads smashed against trees, torture by blow torch ....)
Did Zapeta see so much of this barbarity it became normal to him or those soldiers of Dictator Rios Monte infamy?
Was Zapeta inspired by the recent point blank murder of a business man by 26 year old Luigi?
Was Zapeta contemptuous of homeless Americans who refused to work hard in construction like he and many illegals do here and saw a woman sleeping on a train as "lazy" and not deserving of life?
On the State of New York's side what is the appropriate punishment for such a casual, disgusting murder by a an alien invader? DA Gonzalez says life in prison without parole. Perhaps that's exactly what Zapeta wanted so he could be "freed" from his daily struggle for food and shelter if he did something extreme enough America would stop deporting him & just give him a free "hotel" room forever!
Given the relative easy comforts of an American jail and liberal "due process" and ACLU bleeding hearts sure to embrace him at Rikers . I recommend S. Zapeta be "exported" by 9-11-01 era EXTRA-ORDINARY- RENDITION - TO EL SALVADOR'S CECOT prison!
President Trump should request President Nayib Bukele of El Salvador "give Mr. Zapeta his best accomodations possible" at The famous NON-ACLU prison named CECOT !!
There he most certainly will NOT get nutritious meals, soft bedding, pillows, table wear to make into weapons, TV, gym equipment, legal comforts friendly visitors ...
SEND HIM TO CECOT DONALD!! (no tax paid hotel for Zapeta)!
