Why not let all Palestinians join the flood of asylum migrants crossing the US border then bus them to Manhattan to occupy the highest floors of the new, skinny towers constantly popping up across the city ?
These instant penis envy monuments are most likely just empty warehouses and tax shelters for the worlds super rich to toss their extra funds.
Otherwise why not build a few instant supertalls IN RAFAH to "transfer" the constantly displaced population which Israel considers "suspects" of supporting terrorism? If they are packed into a few swaying , skinny towers with big windows they will have no access to rockets or tunnels and their humanitarian aid can be sent up on elevators as though they are dumbwaiters!!
