The reasons N. Korea is always firing rockets is the chubby Emperor Kim jong UN's eating disorder has gotten out of control.
When throwing food isn't getting enough attention around the palace Fat Kim orders a rocket to be launched so the palace AND the world notices him!
The other reason is PENIS ENVY! He can't see his own tiny prick under his enormous belly so firing a tall missile makes up for his tiny, invisible DICK!
He also regularly executes his top soldiers because their penises are longer than his is!!
