I see from watching a long driving video of Tianshan Road that along the flatlands there are many herds of Yaks and some horses blocking the automobiles pathway!
Maybe that situation can be prevented by building ANIMAL TUNNELS below the highway exclusively for such animal herds to cross or migrate without conflicting with motorvehicles !!
