If you return an item such as a phone to Amazon and somewhere on the way the package is "stolen" then Amazon simply bills you for "NOT RETURNING" the items though you kept it for yourself!
This way the customer pays the shipping "insurance"
AND ALSO "LEARNS" NOT TO RETURN ITEMS FOR REFUNDS !! :(
