If Drug company Pfizer's severe damage from a brief tornado will disrupt national hospital supplies why was this facility not designed with RESILIENCE FOREMOST IN MIND?
The area it is situated in is like the Midwest or infamous TORNADO ALLEY everything is built cheaply at VERY FLAT grade level where a tornado can easily hit and destroy buildings in it's path!
Why won't America build important structures BELOW GROUND or partially below grade level to at least attempt to dodge twisters?
