The Clinton assault rifle ban did not permanently block gun rights it just did so temporarily during a time of national crime emergency. Then the ban expired and there was no political will to renew it.
Now there's ANOTHER national violent crime emergency and another temporary restriction on buying guns needs to be enacted to suppress this anarchistic violence trend until it is forced to subside
