Remember Elon was compelled to buy the platform after he tried to back out! Thus his ownership could be considered a HOSTILE TAKEOVER sort of like when Donald Trump ran for President as a sort of "wing it" thing and then when Russian propaganda helped him actually win the job he treated it dismissively as his personal toy and cared not a bit how much chaos he caused in the White house, the government or the world order. Elon Musk may have the same effect on Twitter since he no longer holds a passion for the platform but was forced to adopt it in a shotgun marriage in court.
The other problem with Musk is that he has his fingers in too many pies, he's a right wing union buster from White South Africa who treats employees like his property who must do as he orders. From such a culture its hard to see him create the next Village Voice or MySpace and since he was forced into the job of CEO he may not care much whether the platform succeeds or completely fails.
BUT NEVERTHELESS ELON WILL REQUIRE
ALL TWITTER EMPLOYEES TO EAT LUNCH AND SUPPER AT THEIR DESKS !!
MR. MUSK will soon design an automatic feeding machine to enable his Twitter employees to keep working while they eat. This should greatly enhance productivity!
It will be somewhat of an improvement over the machine famously used by CHARLIE CHAPLAN in the silent movie "MODERN TIMES"!
