Isn't it ironic that just as Pakistan is under water China is burning unusually massive quantities of coal to provide its newly prosperous population with power for air conditioning in their high rise towers.
The urgency in China is a response to massive heat waves which, of course, are being caused by coal burning (and wildfires)power plants!
Could Pakistan sue the PRC for " dumping water on it" this summer?
