Putin not only plans to flatten all of Ukraine's structures and landscape but he wants to exterminate an entire couple of generations of people who remember Ukraines democracy years just as North Korea imprisons multiple generations of the same family to erase memories of the past and history.
Upon victory Putin will build new Soviet mega blocks of drab housing etc but he will bury the war dead in mass graves and grow a new.population of mentally cleansed people with no memory of democracy.
