1) The Korean peninsula solution is most logical for ending this war because Ukraine's Eastern half is inside Russia and this population mostly identifies with Russian culture so make a border here as was done in East and West Germany or the two Koreas
2) Russia's post heavy industrial future could best be solved by learning from China's consumer, industrial, scientific and defense experience if this can be mass imported without causing an anti Asian racist push back. Since the two are already close the trick is to transition Russian industry from things that destroy.to.things that create and innovate!
3) Putin aging gracefully. He should have the same status and privileges as former.presidents in the USA. With security protection, a presidential library, pension and legal business opportunities . Also the Russian leadership should return to a collective model rather than a dictatorship style.
