Now I see why I should've bought a Japanese rice/pressure cooker. Doesn't it figure that the most important part of a pressure cooker is the LATCH which holds the lid on is made of plastic on Aroma brand rice cookers and plastic breaks after repeated stress making the vessel UNABLE TO RESIST PRESSURE from steam !!
Well there is a workaround it's called the mini stretch cord they come in jars at hardware stores!
I would add the photo but Google only permits photos which are PAID for - (golddiggers!)
