GOP KEEPS U.S. BACKWARD

 Once again the U.S.has proven itself incapable of infrastructure modernization  so long as the party representing the greedy the backward and the provential stands in the way of national progress .  

Unfortunately the only way America will ever catch up to or surpass China is if China takes over America and does here what it does at home . Move the old thinkers and obstructionists  out of the way of progress by brute force!!
