PUTIN and the Kremlin must be truly enjoying seeing how easy it is to cripple an important American region without firing a single shot !
The cyber attack on colonial petroleum pipelines a major artery of the busy Eastern U.S. corridor was probably a deliberate tactical move by the Kremlin to punish the Biden administration and Congress for disrespecting Russia! It was also a subtle warning that Russia and China are way ahead in the electronic chess game of international internet warfare which they can deploy brutally against America's vulnerable culture of quick and easy access to everything online.
And as well meant as an ironic slap in the face to the country that created the internet initially as a weapon to undermine totalitarian regimes such as the then Soviet Russia and Communist China by empowering their people with news and freedom of information!
