Most likely the company's cheapskate tactic of relying on software to mitigate effects of poor design are it's own fault.
On the other hand, isn't it likely that Chinese or Russian malware could've been installed to damage the product and it's company's ability to compete with Chinese firms and also those in military procurement.
Isn't it curious that after the second crash in Ethiopia China was first and fastest at grounding the planes!!
